For Our Regular Customer Who Has Request Samples From Us, We Would Provide Samples Of What We Have Done For Other Customer As References. There Are Times When You Would Like To See How Your Brand Would Look Like On The Bags, We Will Usually Provide Free Digital Mock Up For Your Approval. Upon Confirmation Of Order, We Will Then Provide A Free Sample Based On The Digital Artwork. Sample Production Time Will Take 7-10 Working Days Actual Production Time Will Take 25 Working Days. What type of files do we need to provide?
To Customised An Artwork On The Bag, We Would Require AI Illustrator Raw Working File. We Will Not Be Able To Accept Jpg File Saved In AI Or Jpg File That Is Less Than 300dpi. We Can Accept PNG File But It Has To Be High Resolution With No Less Than 300dpi. If You Would Like Help From Our Designer, We Will Be Able To Provide Free Redrawing Of Logo And Artwork.
